  What really annoyed me was: I bought a new sink unit, but they didn't sell the siphon for it!!! They sent me to our local Ferreteria, who had it, advised me that Leroy often has non-standard French items, and often doesn't sell attachments that will fit. Yes, they have pretty much everything, but sometimes their prices are not the most favourable around.

  Thus has got to be the slowest place in spain you cant get service everybody seems to hide and if u have to pick anything up from collection you will waut 1 hour plus only 1 girl on sorry but not good enough

  Shocking service today we wanted to reserve some things on line to pick up in store but we couldnt. My wife then went on live chat and was told oh well thats just the way it is and he then ended the chat. Well thats just cost you 1000 euros, im sure this will have no effect to leroy merlin as a whole but it was shocking service none the less

  Very helpful, knowledgeable staff and an amazing selection of products. The contractors they use for installation are always prompt and reliable.
