  Spent a full day of my holiday on Monday waiting for delivery decided to call the shop to check they tried to contact the delivery men to tell us it would be 5.30 before they would arrive. They eventually arrived brought in headboard and base put them together and then asked us to sign forms to accept goods. I then checked in relation to our Mattress to be told the one we purchased was out of stock and would be weeks waiting for it.

  This was our second time dealing with them as I was also trying to organise a delivery from Ireland how stupid of me thinking I would be able to do business with them when I was unable to complete a transaction and I Yen n minutes down the road.

  Another day of my holidays sitting waiting decided to call to see what the problem was to be told it would be delivered @ 9.00 p.m. I waited until 9.30 that night no sign of the goods had to go back up to the shop and order them to give back the money for the mattress . I had to arrive home in Ireland without all my business done.

  We requested that they take headboard and bed back to be told once its in the apartment they would not take the goods back. Man in question told us to go back up to the shop and order another mattress which we did and expressed our disappointment with the stupid carry on selling and taking money for goods that are not in stock. Ordered another mattress supposed to be delivered the following mornig at 11 a.m. as we were heading back to Ireland the following day.

  JUST TELLING PEOPLE WHO DECIDE TO BUY FROM THOSE CROWD OF IDIOTS. THE CHEEK OF THEM DESPITE ME SPEAKING WITH THEM TWICE THAT DAY THEY NEVER MENTIONED THAT THEY HAD NO MATTRESS. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THOSE CROWD. THEY ARE A COMPLETE DISASTER AND AS I LOVED THE SHOP AND FURNITURE THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY DISASTER AND I SWORE THAT EVENING LEAVING THE SHOP THAT I WOULD WRITE A REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE.

  Ordered a bed, mattress and headboard was told that all items would be delivered on Friday. I received a call on Friday to say they are very busy and would Monday be ok which we agreed just keep in mind they know we are on holidays.

  Very disappointing. Lovely product but diabolical communication. Ordered our lounge furniture in April 2017. Advised 8/10 weeks for delivery. That date came and went. Eventually some of the order was received in dribs and drabs. Went today to see when the final piece of the set was expected only to be told it has been discontinued. We now have our lounge units but have a gap in the middle where the discontinued piece would have fitted. Will not use this shop again. One let down customer.

  Very slow floor service. Staff far from pleasent and co-operate. I was also given totally incorrect information when calling with my own delivery man to purchase and collect a chair. All in all I would not recommend this store to anyone

  Great selection of homeware and furniture at reasonable prices. A lack of floor staff was the only let down. When purchasing large items such as bed basesand mattresses check that the price on the ticket which you take to the cashier is correct and corresponds with the price displayed on the items on the shop floor. My friend nearly paid 100€ more than she should have been charged. The computer link to the offer price had not been updated. So check before you pay!
